The Horta Museum

Okay, it’s almost time to go home. I had told you about our failed attempt to see the Horta Museum this past Sunday, and their suggestion to just show up on Tuesday at 2 pm. Well, it worked; we actually got in! The place is truly an Art Nouveau masterpiece!

We’d have photographed the place up the wazoo, but it turned out they don’t allow any picture-taking (they confiscated our phones for the duration of the visit).

BUT, undaunted, we purchased The Book:

Mission accomplished! We are now Art Nouveau-ed out. One more day of touring, and we are ready to return to our (by comparison) squalid apartments in New York. Stay tuned for the final post of this trip………
